Terms of Service

Welcome to Xmorning ("Xmorning", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Xmorning.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, billing and trials

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period (see Refund Policy).
• Prices and features may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Xmorning to create, schedule or publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service;
• Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties;
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected social platform (X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky).

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the posts and material you submit or generate ("Your Content"). You grant Xmorning a limited license to store, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for what you publish to third-party platforms.

6. AI-generated output

Xmorning uses third-party large language models. Output may be inaccurate or repeated across users. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing.

7. Third-party platforms

Connecting your X, LinkedIn, Threads or Bluesky account is governed by those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or rate limits on third-party platforms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, audience growth or revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xmorning's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
